Terms of service

1. Organizer
This giveaway is organized by Sybotanica B.V., headquartered in Arnhem, the Netherlands (“Organizer”).

2. Eligibility
Open to individuals aged 18+ residing in France, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Ireland
Employees of Sybotanica, affiliates, or partners are not eligible.

3. How to Enter
Participants enter by submitting their details via the WooRise giveaway tool.
Each person may only enter once per giveaway round. Multiple entries will be disqualified.

4. Prize & Odds
A total of 10 packs of SYBAStones will be given away during the campaign.
Odds of winning are approximately 1 in 1,000 per entry. Actual odds may vary depending on total number of entries.
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternatives.

5. Winner Selection & Notification
Winners are chosen automatically and instantly by the WooRise system.
Winners will be notified immediately on-screen and by email.
Organizer reserves the right to request proof of eligibility before shipping the prize.

6. Fulfillment
Prizes will be shipped free of charge to the winner’s provided address within 1 week of confirmation.
If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 7 days, the prize may be forfeited.

7. Offers to Non-Winners
Non-winning participants may receive a special promotional offer after entry. This offer is optional and not connected to the prize draw outcome.

8. Data Protection
By entering, participants consent to their details being collected and used by the Organizer solely for the purposes of administering this giveaway and related promotional offers.

9. Liability

This giveaway is governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Arnhem, the Netherlands.
